Sorry for such a late response as I was on my Senior Trip; however, seeing that there is no response from the Prosecution, I will dismiss this case. Moreover, since the Prosecution clearly has shown the court that they have no interest in pursuing the charges against the Defendant, I will dismiss this case with prejudice.
