Clarify what does the name of town or city differentiate
The Parliament of Stratham enacts:
Section 1. Short Title
(1) This Act is the Town/City Naming Clarification Act.
Section 2. Commencement
(1) All Provisions shall come into effect upon passage.
Section 3. Reasoning
(1) Currently the town and cities are just names for different municipalities. There is no real outline to them.
Section 4. Clearing up things
(1) Towns are municipalities that are less than 1000 blocks by 1000 blocks, while Cities are municipalities that are more than 1000 blocks by 1000 blocks.
(2)Cities will have a more urban and denser theme with more regions while less populated municipalities with less regions will be considered towns
