Your Honour, I am really sorry for this inconvenience, and I am ready to post my excuses, wherever and whenever you want. I'd like to make clear that this was just a mistake, and not a fear of ruining my reputation, as I only got 3 days to read the forums, and I did not notice the post at all until now. I thought that you would have indeed summoned me or texted me on Discord.
Again, I proffer you my excuses.

Yes, your honor we do. I would still like the apology done in the political or elections channel with the same 48-hour deadline. Also, I would like Saarthigaming to be pinged in Discord in the court announcements to make sure he's aware and that the announcement will start the 48 hours. This showing he has been given time and so he's been made aware of the deadline, so he knows about it now.

@Saarthigaming is hereby charged with Contempt of Court. Due to this being the second time the defendant has failed to post their apology, I will also charge the defendant with Contempt of Court for the earlier incident. I ask the Justice Minister @Selmbab to carry out the punishments. I will also be charging the defendant with a contempt of court charge for every 24 hours they take to post their apology.

Your honor, the defendant posted an apology in 2 words “Im sorry” in political chat, I would say for the seriousness of this case that is not a strong enough apology given and in all honesty took less than a minute to type and there was no effort shown. We would like a better and more thought out apology for the seriousness of this case.
