Rescinded Golem Rights

In a vote of 7:2, Parliament has resolved that:

Iron golems must have at least 4 blocks of space per mob and violating this law will result in the following:

First Offense: K100 fee per Golem + 5m Community Service
Second Offense: K100 fee per Golem + 10m Community Service
Third Offense: K100 fee per Golem + 15m Community Service​
