Rescinded Farmer Rights

In a vote of 5:3, Parliament has resolved that:

Only farmers will be allowed to create buy and sell chest shops for crops. Farmers are the only ones allowed to sell crops but if a farmer creates a buy shop for crops then non-farmers are allowed to sell to that buy shop.
If a non-farmer is found to be selling crops by methods other than this then they will be punished.

In a vote of 6:0, Parliament has resolved that:

"Crops" are better clarified as carrots, potatoes, wheat, beetroots, sugar cane, melons, and pumpkin as well as raw meats.
Non-farmers are allowed to sell bread, baked potatoes, cake, pumpkin pie, beetroot soup, and cooked meats.
