The Parliament of Stratham enacts:
Section 1. Short Title
(1) This Act is the Corporate Slander Act (CSA)
Section 2. Commencement
(1) Provision(s) shall come into effect upon passage
Section 3. Reasoning
(1) As Cooleagles said" Corporate Slander doesn't actually have a specific definition in our laws", in Woolworths V adarHD case. So to define It we have a particular definition of corporate slander.
Section 4. Definition
(1) Define Corporate Slander as "the Intentional spreading of misleading information regarding a company", "Defaming a company with malicious intent,"
(a) Using words to deceive a person or group against a company
Section 5. Punishment
(1) Punishments can be different in different circumstances, so the plaintiff can take to the court for an amount and the Judge can decide as necessary
