- Reasoning: Private cities are having difficulty expanding. As mayor of West Ridge, I cannot deny the fact that free expansions allows for management of the city. To give private cities a better chance of success, I propose we lower the price of expansions
- Bill: City Expansions shall cost 2 KR per block.
- Additional information: While normally a mayor of a city reducing the price of expansions would be corrupt, West Ridge expansions are free. This helps my competition.
