- Reasoning: In the past jurisdiction has been a buzzword in politics. A bill is proposed and it gets instantly shut down due to it being outside of parliament's power. However, I believe that allowing overlap between Cabinet and Parliament would be beneficial.
I am proposing a system for situations in which a bill is proposed that falls outside of parliament's power. In the case that a bill falls under a specific department's jurisdiction, the Minister of that department may approve of the bill, work with parliament, and allow for it to be passed through parliament.
This would not override a Prime Minister or Presidential veto.
