Amend the constitution
The Parliament of Stratham enacts:
Section 1. Short Title
(1) This Act is the Bill Amendments Act.
Section 2. Commencement
(1) All Provision(s) shall come into effect upon passage and the passage of the Parliamentary Rules Act.
(2) If the Parliamentary Rules Act is rescinded this amendment shall still be in effect.
Section 3. Reasoning

(1) Amend Section 1, Subsection 4 of the constitution from

(2) Add to Section 1, Subsection 4 of the constitution
(VI) Parliament may provide by law, motions that can interrupt the process of legislature that includes but is not limited to allowing for the rescinding, fast-tracking, or amending of bills.
