- Elaboration & Reasoning: Some players want to charge for extra permissions within their apartments. Like the ability to allow a certain amount of furnaces within an apartment. As players do own the land they place apartments on, they should be treated as though they do indeed own that land by relaxing the laws in place regarding paying extra for permissions or extra amenities. This may open the door for exploitation of block restrictions and high prices per upgrade or permission which is why this bill will also introduce a minimum amount of amenities required for tenants to have without extra charge being placed in the price of the apartment. 1 bed, 1 double chest, 1 crafting table and 2 furnaces must be allowed with the initial price of the apartment being rented. Failure to allow said blocks in an apartment will result in a fine of K100 on the owner of the apartment.(Not the tenant)
- Other Information: This motion does not intend to remove the laws already in place regarding No nether portals, farms, liquids and chest shops within apartments, Just to explicitly allow the ability to charge for apartment permissions.
