You are all suspects!!!

So I had llamas in my backyard. They are no longer there. I had three and now only one. Someone had to of taken them because I found one wondering around down the street. The other two I can't find. Please if you know anything about the matter please contact me. One has gray carpet (or orange I can't remember) and the other is naked. I am aware that they could've despawned but that doesn't explain the one wondering one. Thanks for your time.

Possibly you left the gate open, or any way they might have escaped on their own. If they did not have a name tag on them or on a leash, they might have re-spawned
I am not entirely sure..

Was this land where the llamas kept claimed? if not, then you can't really do anything about it.
