Right now, it is virtually impossible for the enchanting industry to keep up with the current demand. A solution, villagers. You see, getting villagers can help people get enchanting books through trading. But there is one problem, due to mob griefing gamerule being set to false, it prevents villagers being able to pickup items to breed, making you need huge tunnels to transport villagers thousands of blocks to be able to trade efficiently. This plugin lets you set true or false for each griefing mob indivisually.

I think this would save the enchanting industry and make it a profitable industry for new players to enter, along with introducing more competitors as right now the entire enchanting industry is owned by 2 stores. (The plugin says it works for 1.18 but I have personally tested, it works for 1.20.1)
