How long have you been a Doctor: I also am not certain about this, but it's been approx 4 months
Why do you want to be a Hospital Secretary: I want to help in the health department more than I am, With not only taking on extra responsibility but trying to promote a more friendly approach towards people as well as looking after them.
What can you bring to the Department: Something I feel is lacking at the moment, is more of a team effort, encouraging Doctors to work as they wish without it turning into an argument, and I feel I can bring a more open approach to creating a more cooperative environment for Doctors. I can also bring motivation, the satisfaction and rewards that the job gives you, to motivate the helping that patients require and also a set routine of what to do when someone is ill, for examples; escorting them to a patient room to make sure not to contaminate other people when they need to be seen too, something I very rarely see but feel I could help enforce.
Additional Information: I have the ability to be on for long periods of time, whenever, at the most quiet times on the server and the busiest and always looking to help! I always put others before what I'm doing and try to be as efficient as possible in hopes of making sure the patient takes care. From attending previous meetings with the DOH, I feel I am accustomed and understanding of the duties and requirements of this job as well as being a Doctor and am up for it.
