City Region Applications

W.I.P town mayors could apply for a town region.
If you got accepted for a Town Region, you would get a premium price on claiming. Only 1 Kruna per block! We will list below some of the reasons that this should be added, and how people can benefit from it being added.
- City creation will be a lot easier, and it will let mayors have a break after spending tons of money on other things for the city. The server would also benefit because more towns would be created. Yet this would not make it easy for bad towns to get passed, as the town would have to be good to get a region.
- People will have the opportunity to show off their building and city creation skills, so, don’t get me wrong, the town needs to look nice, be managed and designed well, and avoid all of the BusinessCraft Laws currently in place.
- The idea of creating a city will not be almost impossible. With the current prices we current have it makes it unfair to people that are making amazing cities but can’t get it done because of the hurdle of claiming Wilderness land. For example, if one block counts K5, then a city with 10,000 blocks of space including roads, sidewalks, parks, homes, shops, and more, would cost 50,000 Krunas in addition to all the building costs and everything else. It all piles up, and eventually gets to be in the hundreds of thousands of Krunas range.
What would benefit from this?:
Anyone can benefit from this motion! You might be wondering, “what are you talking about...anyone?” Well! Our motion is something that anyone currently making a city can benefit from. A lot of people are interesting in making a city, but it costs a ridiculous amount for the claiming, and when added up with the stress & cost of everything else the claiming is a mayor’s worst nightmare. So, anyone interested in making a city can benefit from this idea.

There would be a new forum board under Applications & Elections called “City Region Applications”. Players working on towns would have to post screenshots of their town, information on the town, and more
