Torpedo Parliamentary Obstructions Act

To
End the committees and the associated rules for parliament that is hamstringing their legislative ability.
The Parliament of Stratham enacts:
Section 1. Short Title
(1) This Act is the Torpedo Parliamentary Obstructions Act.
Section 2. Commencement
(1) All provisions will take effect immediately upon passing.
Section 3. Reasoning
(1) It is clear that Parliament has its hand tied by the committees and restrictive rules, therefore it is time for them to go.
