Answered / Added Suggestion for spawn rooms

Lately, you might have noticed the many empty rooms that loiter the spawn building. My suggestion is we use those rooms as sort of FOBs (Forward Operating Bases) for the many government departments. such as, for community coordinator when there is an event taking place, the community coordinators could use it as storage or a ticket office of some kind. or maybe employment manager could use a room as a complaint office or a suggestion office.

We have the Government building for all government-related things. The rooms might be used for some other things though. As of right now, we don't really need them, so they'll remain being empty.
