Title: Restrictions of Brewing Distribution

Elabortation & Reasoning: As we all know, brewer's are the only ones that can make drinks with the brewery plugin. Such as alcoholic and non-alcohokic drinks. As of recent, there has been an issue with regular players buying these drinks and reselling them for a higher price in order to get a profit. It is unfair that brewers spend all their time and effort into these drinks only for it to be resold by someone who doesn't even have access to the plugin's recipes. Therefore, I say that we should have a punishment set for the reselling of brewery plugin drinks.
First Offense: Verbal warning.
Second Offense: 15 minutes of jail time + 20 krunas fine per bottle sold
Third Offense: 30 minutes of jail time + 40 krunas fine per bottle
To clarify, this is only for the reselling of brewery plugin drinks (as in selling them for any amount of krunas) to be illegal. It's costing brewer's profit for someone to resell these drinks. Brewer's don't get many customer's to begin with, so it isn't fair for a non-brewer to be making more money than the brewer they bought it from.
