Restraining Order Act

Protect the interests of the citizens of Stratham
The Parliament of Stratham enacts:
Section 1. Short Title
(1) This Act is the Restraining Order Act.
Section 2. Commencement
(1) All provisions shall come into effect upon passage.
Section 3. Reasoning
(1) To allow players to protect themselves from disturbances and dangers.
Section 4. Restraining Order Guidelines
(1) A citizen may sue another citizen for a restraining order in the Court of Stratham.
(2) Automatic Restraining Orders may be requested by citizens when the law specifies.
(a) An Automatic Restraining Order will prevent a player from doing any of the following as requested by issuing party:
(a.1) Prevent a player from entering onto a business’s property.
(a.2) Prevent a player from entering onto another player's property.
(a.3) Prevent a player from approaching another in a non-public area.
(3) A restraining Order can do the following things by court discretion:
(a) Prevent a player from entering onto a business’s property.
(b) Prevent a player from entering onto another player's property.
(c) Prevent a player from approaching another in a non-public area.
