The Parliament of Stratham enacts:
Section 1. Short Title
(1) This Act is the [PQMH ACT].
Section 2. Commencement
(1) Provision(s) shall come into effect upon passage
Section 3. Reasoning
(1) Currently the PMQ RP option in game and is rarely set up and used.
Section 4. What is a Parliament Minister Question Hearing?
(1) A hearing on any member of the executive branch, for Parliament to ask questions and get explanations without
Utilizing extreme measures
Section 5. PQMH Procedures
(1) Any member of Parliament may motion request a Question Time hearing on any member of the executive branch.
a vote of 4/9 "Aye" is needed to pass
(A)Stipulation to vote "Aye": Must present a minimum 1 question.
(B)A discord channel will be set up for a Discussion viewable by public but only the Executive member, Prime Minister,
And Members of Parliament may communicate.
(C)The Speaker of Parliament may act as the voice of Parliament during the the Hearing
(D) The Prime Minister May act as the voice of the Executive Member
(E)The Public may send questions to the current Speaker in Political Chat, The Speaker then discusses with parliament
to decide to ask the question or not.
(F)The transcripts of this hearing shall remain public under government announcements.
(G) The SoP shall Facilitate this hearing
