Directly lying to a police officer results in 5 minutes of jail time. Proof of the lie must be provided in the report. A player is allowed to contest this via a lawsuit. If the Police officer is found to be in the wrong, the DoJ Minister will deal with the police officer per internal policies.
Preventing a police officer from gathering evidence will result in the player being warned once, then Jailed for up to 5 minutes. Once the evidence is gathered, the player will be released from handcuffs or jail.
