v.
Nexus Bank
I. Description of Case
Plaintiff, represented by counsel, brings forward this lawsuit against Nexus Bank for the wrongful and continued withholding of 10.000 Krunas, which were deposited into a Nexus Bank savings account with the expectation of accessibility and proper financial management. Despite repeated attempts by me to obtain information regarding the interest on the deposit, withdrawal of the funds, Nexus Bank failed to return the deposit, including the interest gained over time, provided no withdrawal process, and offered no justification for retaining her money (as can be seen in the evidence provided). We seek immediate withdrawal and release of the funds including the interest gained over time.
