[Clarify how many Unfinished Plots one can have]

The Parliament of Stratham enacts:

Section 1. Short Title

(1) This Act is the [Multiple Unfinished Plots Act].

Section 2. Commencement

This bill shall be enacted upon its passage and signature

Section 3. Reasoning

(1) Rule Stated: You're not allowed to have more than 2 empty plots in a city
(2)The current plot laws do not define how this is implemented
(3)To define the process to be acted upon the finding of law infringement

Section 4. [Define]

(1)A finished plot is defined as a plot with a completed building that is compliant with the Business Craft Department of Construction building codes. The building must also have a function and a finished interior.
(2)A unfinished plot is defined as a plot without a completed build (Including a roof) and an unfinished interior.
(3) A completed building must meet all of the following requirements:
(a) A completed roof
(b) Majority usage of land
(c) A furnished Interior
(3) If they own 3 to 4 Unfinished plots
(a) The owner of these plots will have a grace period of no more than 14 days to mend this infraction or they will face possible eviction on the unfinished properties
(4) If they own 5 to 7 Unfinished plots
(a) The owner of these plots will have a grace period of no more than 10 days to mend this infraction or they will face possible eviction on the unfinished properties
(5) If they own 8 or more Unfinished plots
(a) The owner of these plots will have a grace period of no more than 7 days to mend this infraction, or they will face possible eviction on the unfinished properties

Section 5. [Implementation of law]

(1) The authority of enforcement for this law shall be delegated to the Department of Construction.
(2)The Plot should be reported using the Eviction & Vault Requests Formats.
(3)The title should read (Plot - Unfinished Plot) and follow guidelines to fill out the post.
(4)If After the time limit the action is not resolved the plot should follow Eviction.
