Clarify language in the constitution
The Parliament of Stratham enacts:
Section 1. Short Title
(1) This Act is the Minister Amendment.
Section 2. Commencement
(1) All Provision(s) shall come into effect upon passage after the passage of the Bill Amendment Act.
Section 3. Reasoning
(1) The constitution currently contradicts itself in the aspect of Ministers, It says that Ministers need to be nominated and approved by parliament while also saying the Prime Minister can appoint Ministers at their discretion
Section 4. Constitutional Amendment
1 Amend Section 2 Subsection 1.3
From
(III) Members of the executive branch serve at the Prime Minister's pleasure and can be appointed & dismissed by the Prime Minister at their discretion.
To
(III) Members of the executive branch serve at the Prime Minister's pleasure and can be appointed & dismissed by the Prime Minister at their discretion, except positions approved by parliament those must be nominated and passed by parliament, they may also be dismissed by the Prime Minister at their discretion.
