v.

Jeet123gamer

I. Description of Case
The Plaintiff brings forth the following causes of action and alleges the following against the Defendant:
(Give a brief description of the situation and why you are here in court)
Midnightzero0 bought a house from Jeet123gamer for 250kr, without any of the necessary permissions for Midnightzero0 to be able to use the plot. In addition, Jet123gamer failed to give the Plaintiff any means of contact and has since been uncontactable for 7 days.

II. Parties
1. Midnightzero0
2. Jeet123gamer

III. Sequence of Events
1. Plaintiff is looking for a house to stay in.
2. Defendant offers the house without showing it to the Plaintiff in the "town" of Sunflower town.
3. Plaintiff buys the house for 250kr and signs a contract.
4. Plaintiff is told that while the contract says the house is located in a town, it is not officially in one and will get in trouble if told to anyone else.
5. Plaintiff signs the contract and goes mining as part of his job.
6. Plaintiff sees that proper permissions for the house were not given to them from the defendant when it was bought after failing to be able to smelt the coal they mined in their trip.

IV. Claims for Relief
1. By failing to give the plaintiff any way to use their house, the defendant denied the plaintiff ownership of the house as said in their contract thus being in breach of the contract.
2. The defendant deceived the plaintiff by saying the house was located in a "town", when it was not. This means that the defendant scammed the plaintiff by showing it could have more perceived value because it was in a town .
3. The defendant also deceived the plaintiff by not showing the house before selling it to the plaintiff. The defendant again shows proof of scamming the plaintiff due to the fact that they did not show the house and what it looked like before selling it.
4. The defendant could not use anything in their house like the furnaces or place anything like decorations and chest. This caused massive inconveniences due to the inability to use the home they rightfully bought.

V. Damages
1. 250kr for the return of the house
2. 130kr for legal fees
3. 65kr for inconveniences to the plaintiff for not being able to use their home.
4. The invalidation of the contract to hold no legal weight in law.
5. Possible referral of Jeet123gamer to the DOJ for scamming.
