- Business Plan: My company, Meridian Corporation, has been around ever since I returned to BusinessCraft in mid-2018. The company's founding starting August 2018 and primarily focused on agriculture. We would buy crops from many local farmers and also produce our own crops. These crops were used through means of processing them into emeralds, thus legitimately utilizing game mechanics to produce a finalized product which we could either sell to the government for profit or trade for other items such as enchantment books to sell to customers. We have employed over 60 players in about a year's time. Since August 2019, emeralds could no longer be sold directly to the government, thus, the company has scaled down operations and employment. However, we do still have all our facilities to produce crops and manfacture emeralds and other items from villager trading. I am still finding creative ways to continue employing players willing to work a standard job, whether it be at the HQ building, or at the Meridian City project in the wilderness. At this time, I am conducting scaled down operations of collecting crops and logging materials from employees for company usage. I myself, and perhaps looking for a store manager, oversee the M|CORP Item Shop located at Grand Capital (BC-186) where I sell a small variety of items since January 2022. This shop has profited over 150,000 Krunas in the last 10 months. There is always room to grow and open more shop locations. My next step is to find willing suppliers for this shop. I also want to start working more on the Casino & Hotel. Will need to hire more interior designers and a Casino Manager who can help scout talent in redstone and other aspects of running a Casino. I need to rework the discord since it was developed back in 2018/19. I have many more ideas, but need more time to work on them appropriately.
