Like in real life, maybe BusinessCraft can have its own Lottery. Most likely a prize of K1000 and starts when the tickets sold have reached a total of K1500-2000 or at a certain time. Not only will this help the funding of the Government but can help out players as well. How about these prices:
$10 - 1 Ticket
$100 - 15 Tickets
$500 - 60 Tickets
Each ticket has 6 numbers between 24 that the player chooses.
The Lottery could be done with a Plugin or by something like wheel decide until the server gets bigger.
Prizes - The K1000 will be spread out depending on how many numbers each player got and how many have a number.
