Liscense Help

So on my first day on the server I payed like 100$ for exams to get my Liscense, on my 3rd day on the server I go to the Dealership to buy a bike, or at least see how much money they are, when I try to open the bike shop it says " You Don't Have The Permission To Do This". I Payed 100$ for my Liscense!

So what exactly do you need help with?
If its lowering prices, talk to an mp (Member of Parliament) on discord about lowering prices.
