Because of my skills in teaching, helping, developing and improving evaluation/educational systems. Criticism, in the right level, helps in an Administrative Working area. And, even if I don't know how to do something, I'll search for that and give my best to understand it.
- Why do you want to work in the position you are applying for?
Helping BusinessCraft's Department of Employment is something I always wish for. I love to teach and try to help people improve their knowledge about something, and, as a consequence of people being INFORMED, we'll have more CAPABLE workers.

Studying administration in ETEC - Orlando Quagliato(Brazil).
Experience in dealing with people.
Experience in teaching(OAPEC - Brazil).
