Lawsuit: Adjourned Krix vs ZombiePro2004

on the 2/2/2019 I invested in ZombiePro2004s Company TheStoneDome I invested K3000 and I was to receive shares worth of 10% of his company and the repayment of my Investment within 2 weeks 16/2/2019 and If the Defendant was to fail the repayment an additional fee of K1000 would be charged. So today I am suing the Defendant 4000 Krunas.

Although the court hearing would normally default in your favor, I feel the need to see some type of proof to ensure the authenticity of the agreed amount that was made between you and the Defendant. Once I have seen this form of proof, I may then decide if the court will go in your favor or not.

My next area of concern is, does he even own 4,000 Kr worth in the first place? If he really is gone from the server, we can't instruct him to find ways to pay back Krix.

JUDGE'S RESPONSE

Thank you for providing evidence per my request. I have reviewed said evidence and it is clear to me that there was an agreement made between the Defendant and the Plaintiff. The Plaintiff was able to locate the original contract signed by the Defendant, as you can tell within exhibit 4, where the Defendant's name appears on the book as well as the words "Original". This is a clear piece of evidence based on server mechanics and is unlikely to be altered by any party, once signed. All the numbers mentioned prior match the agreed upon amounts as well. I have made my decision...

Verdict:
As reigning Judge, I am ordering that the Defendant's account be fined the requested amount to compensate the Plaintiff and Loaner, @Krix .

Fined Amount: 4,000.00 Krunas

Since the Defendant has been gone for over over six(6) days, and has been reported to have stopped playing on BusinessCraft, I will task the DoJ @bharatj with providing means to debit the fined amount on the Defendant's personal account and transfer to the Plaintiff. If the Defendant does not have the fined amount in cash value, I will allow the DoJ to liquidate any land and/or belongings to equal up to the fined amount. Nothing more, nothing less.

@bharatj , please inform the Plaintiff and myself once the compensation has been completed. Thank you.
