Why do you think you are suited to be a Member of Parliament:
For the generic idea: I would love to be a part of creating the already wonderful environment/community for the residents of Business Craft. But I believe that there is so much more than that. For starters, I have gotten to know many fabulous souls on this server, everyone was and continues to be so kind to me. I want to return the kindness by continuing to make sure they have a great experience in-game by offering a “voice”(since it is just typing) that can represent everyone.
A Member of Parliaments duty is to advocate for the people and I have participated in such activities beyond technology, for instance: discussing recent bills with my local legislature and traveling all the way to Washington DC to practice lobbying my stance on sensitive topics at the time. I feel that I am suited for this position because I understand what it takes to be a part of a constituency. It takes passion, respect, understanding, and compromise. I believe I can successfully participate in being a representation of positive change and a fluid motion in said direction, within our parliament.
What kind of laws would you vote for/against:
This is a difficult question, but I am interested in the issues pertaining to the economic aspect of the server and social justice inside the community. Some of my ideals focus on the distribution of wealth and fairness. So I guess you could call me somewhat a socialist. I would vote against laws that I feel would harm the players rights and/or create a disturbance within the system that would make the players feel uncomfortable.
Additional information you believe people should know:
I am extremely opinionated but have learned how to control my bias when needed. But I won’t give up without a fight…. I also enjoy long walks on the beach and sitting next to a fire that has been lit by my strong will.
