I. Description of Case
The Plaintiff brings forth the following causes of action and alleges the following against the Defendant:
AikoBloomLLP is copies information from HunterHoLLP which is in violation of the Copyright Protections Act. Several of their current services are copied precisely from a confidential agreement between XinmjirGamingHQ and HunterHoLLP in a retainer agreement.

1. HunterHoLLP (Ryan_88, Poemhunter)
2. AikoBloomLLP (AlienBloom20204, XinmjirGamingHQ)
III. Sequence of Events
1. XinmjirGamingHQ is retained by HunterHoLLP by a contract explicitly detailing services and fees charged by HunterHoLLP.
2. XinmjirGamingHQ and Alienbloom20204 create AikoBloomLLP using an exact copy of a HunterHoLLP contract.
IV. Claims for Relief
1. In the Copyright Protections Act, Section 4 states that "Creative works must be easily recognised as different from other copyrighted pieces of work and must be able to be proven as such beyond a reasonable doubt."
2. AikoBloomLLP is derived from the name of two owners. Aiko which is from XinmjirGamingHQ and Bloom, which is from Alienbloom20204. HunterHo which is also derived from two names. Poemhunter and Ryan_88. LLP is then added right after, it is an exact copy of the names which makes it easily mistaken for both companies.
3. In their discord server, their legal services offered is stolen from a HunterHoLLP Retainer Contract word for word. In Evidence2.png, you can see a version of the HunterHoLLP Retainer Contract that was created on July 3, 2023. The services outlined are an exact copy of the services shown in Evidence1.png. 4. Evidence4.png additionally shown an exact copy of firm structure. Although there is no direct evidence of HunterHoLLP maintaining this company structure first, there are several witnesses that can attest to such information.
V. Damages
1. AikoBloomLLP ordered to change their name so that it is not in violation of the Copyright Protections Act.
2. AikoBloomLLP ordered to change their legal services so that it is not in violation of the Copyright Protections Act.
3. AikoBloomLLP ordered to remove and change all information regarding their company that is infringing on copyright protections.
4. 5000kr for violation of Copyright Protections.
5. 1000kr for potentially loss revenue.
6. 1500kr for legal fees.
