Allow citizens to protect themselves on their own private property
The Parliament of Stratham enacts:
Section 1. Short Title
(1) This Act is the Home Defense Act.
Section 2. Commencement
(1) All Provisions shall come into effect upon passage.
Section 3. Reasoning
(1) To allow citizens to defend themselves on their property by all means necessary.
Section 4. Procedures
(1) This act shall allow citizens to defend themselves by any means necessary on their own property, given 1+ of the following conditions are met
(a) They can show proof that they have asked the person they defended themselves against to leave the property
(b) They can show proof that there was a sign posted in a clear and visible place with the words “No Trespassing”
(c) They can show proof that the owner of the property gives them permission to pvp on their behalf, and either condition (a) or (b) are met.
