The Parliament of Stratham enacts:
Section 1. Short Title
(1) This Act is the Frivolous Lawsuit Act.
Section 2. Commencement
(1) All provisions shall come into effect upon signage.
Section 3. Reasoning
(1) There is nothing to protect against frivolous lawsuits.
Section 4. Frivolous Lawsuit
(1) If a Judicial Officer deems that a court case is frivolous in nature, it shall be dismissed and the attorney representing the plaintiff shall be punished with the following:

Section 4. Frivolous Lawsuit
(1) If a Judicial Officer deems that a court case is frivolous in nature, it shall be dismissed and the attorney representing the plaintiff shall be punished with the following:
- First Offense: 200kr fine.
- Second Offense: 500kr fine, 5 minutes of jail time.
- Third Offense: 1000kr fine, 10 minutes of jail time.
