- Title: Extended VONC procedure
- Type: (Amendment/Removal/Creation): Amendment
- Reasoning: In the past Votes of No Confidence have been used in spiteful ways in order to advance personal agendas or to get the last laugh. Considering this reality that a Vote of No Confidence may be used in order to unjustly remove someone from office, the process should be extended. This process would be used in order to combat personal bias and malice when using a Vote of No Confidence.
- Bill: Before a Vote of No Confidence is officially made and put to vote the individual(s) must bring their evidence and reasoning in front of a judge to determine if any personal bias or malicious intent is present. The presiding Judge may ask questions to the individuals in order to better inform their decision. The minister/judge being removed from office may also give a testimony as to why they shouldn't be removed.

To prevent bias when a judge is selected to preside over the vonc, parliament as a whole must vote on one of the three judges. In the case that a judge is being vonc'd, judicial backup comes into play. The SoP will be exempt from judicial backup in this case as they too have to vote on the judge.

Votes of no confidence are purely political and therefore the Judiciary, as an apolitical branch, will have no impact or influence over it.
