Executive order, No. 3
Title: NewsPaper, Press Pass
As per the constitution, 1.1(f) The Prime Minister may issue Executive Orders which exercises the power of the executive branch. The Prime Minister may issue pardons to individuals who have committed crimes excluding impeachment, election fraud, treason, or corruption.
I hereby declare:
Upon approval by the Prime Minister of the Republic of Stratham, a newspaper company may be awarded by the PM a press pass with exclusive access to questioning, information and extra news opportunities that a regular Newspaper company would not have access too.
A limit of 2 press passes may be assigned to the approved Newspaper companies and any paper may lose there pass at the wish of the Prime Minister.
