Reform the OPM and create the OAG officially.

The Parliament of Stratham enacts:

Section 1. Short Title

(1) This Act is the Executive Offices Act.

Section 2. Commencement

(1) All Provision(s) shall come into effect upon passage.
(2) The Office of the Prime Minister Act Version 2 is to be rescinded and deemed invalid upon passage of this bill.

Section 3. Reasoning

(1) The OAG currently is not in law.

Section 4. Office of the Prime Minister

(1) The Office of the Prime Minister is to be established and otherwise known as OPM.

(2) The Chief of Staff or CoS shall be responsible for the day to day operations of the OPM.
(a) The CoS shall receive a pay of 45kr every 15 minutes.
(b) The CoS shall be appointed at the pleasure of the Prime Minister.

(3) These positions shall be within the Office of the Prime Minister.
(a) Deputy Chief of Staff
(b) Special Advisor(s)
(c) Press Secretary
(d) Director of Communications

(4) The Deputy Chief of Staff or DCoS shall be appointed by the Chief of Staff with consent of the Prime Minister.
(a) The DCoS shall receive a pay of 35kr every 15 minutes.


(5) Special Advisor(s) shall be appointed by the Prime Minister with a majority vote confirmation by Parliament.
(a) Special Advisor(s) will not be considered a Minister.
(b) Special Advisor(s) may be categorized into certain aspects by the Prime Minister. (c) Special Advisor(s) shall receive a pay of 25kr every 15 minutes.
(d) The Prime Minister shall be limited to 2 Special Advisors.

(6) The Press Secretary or PS shall be appointed by the Prime Minister and serve at their pleasure.
(a) The PS is responsible for releasing public statements by the Prime Minister and holding press conferences.
(b) The PS shall receive a pay of 25kr every 15 minutes.

(7) The Director of Communications or DC shall be appointed by the Prime Minister and serve at their pleasure.
(a) The DC shall receive a pay of 25kr every 15 minutes.
(b) The DC is tasked with drafting statements and other documentation for the Prime Minister.

(8) Tasks and responsibilities stated above aren’t exclusively limited to that single position. The Prime Minister may delegate them to others.

(9) The Prime Minister may create other individual Offices, task forces, or councils within the OPM by Executive Order.

Section 6. Office of the Attorney General

(1) The Attorney General or AG is head of the Office of the Attorney General or OAG.
(a) The AG is tasked with representing the government and the national interest.
(b) The AG is nominated by the Prime Minister and confirmed by Parliament with a majority vote.
(c) The AG serves at the pleasure of the Prime Minister.
(d) The AG may appoint a Deputy Attorney General in which shall act as the AG when the AG is unable to commit to their duties.
(e) The AG may hire Assistant Prosecutors to assist in cases and investigations.

(2) Investigations by the OAG shall be held in conjunction with the Department of Justice.
