Despite the fact that I am Friends with Johnnyboi, I say this with no bias towards him.
You are attempting to charge Johnnyboi12345 with murder. If you wanted to charge Johnnyboi with a crime, you would not title your lawsuit "DoeBoy vs. DrThunder7." Even if you change the title, you did not take the time of day to sue the correct person.
In addition, you cannot charge players with a crime in the courtroom but instead would file a report to the police.
For these reasons I am declaring this case frivolous. If you do not agree with the outcome of this case because you believe that I am biased, you may appeal to have it retried.
