Daily Salary Cap Act
The Parliament of Stratham enacts:
Section 1. Short Title
(1) This act is the Daily Salary Cap Act or the DSC Act for short.
Section 2. Commencement
(1) All Provision(s) shall come into effect upon passage.
Section 3. Purpose and Reasoning
(1) To detail the implementation of a Daily Salary Cap and when it should be utilized.
Section 4. Daily Salary Cap
(1) Any government employee shall have a daily salary cap of no more than 4 hours or 16 pay periods.
(a) Any work done outside of this cap may be compensated via bonuses at the discretion of the Minister or Deputy Minister of each department.
