Prevent the production, sale and use of counterfeit medical products.

Section 1: Short Title

(1) This act is the CMS Act

Section 2: Commencement

(1) All provisions shall come into effect upon passage of this bill

Section 3: Reasoning

(1) There are currently no laws surrounding counterfeit medical supplies
(2) Players might mistakenly buy counterfeit supplies and not be able to gain a refund/compensation
(3) Counterfeit medical supplies might be being used freely and with no control over them the government will be at more of a loss

Section 4: Procedures

(1) If a player is found producing/in possession of counterfeits they can be punished accordingly
(2) If a player is found selling counterfeits they will be punished accordingly
(3) If a player is found using counterfeits they will be punished accordingly

Section 5: Punishments

(1) Players found producing/selling counterfeits
First offence: 250kr fine and removal of items
Second offence: 500kr fine and removal of items
Third offence: 500kr fine, removal of writer qualification, 5 minutes jail time and removal of items
(2) Players found in possession of counterfeits
First offence: Removal of items
Second offence: 100kr fine and removal of items
Third offence: 250kr fine and removal of items
(3) Players attempting to use items
First offence: Removal of items
Second offence: 50kr fine and removal of items
Third offence: 100kr fine and removal of items

Section 6: Accidental purchase

(1) Any player who unknowingly purchases counterfeit items from another player can sue the seller under this bill
