Dept. of Economy: Minister Kikochu
Department Progress
At the start of the term, the DoE had to deal with a CIA insured bank going inactive and failing to pay withdrawals. Whilst investigating, we found some legal problems that needed to be sorted. With a new bill the 'emergency banking security act' was passed with the help from the DoS minister, Poemhunter, to protect the Government balance from big losses from paying back account holders.
Upcoming Projects
Work is currently being done on new NPC Quests for each university job; The plan is to have these in the new map and will give new player jobs and things to do while they become more active in the server. This is a Project the DoE is undertaking and experimenting with.
We are also working with DoS Minister to bring in a new financial and banking bills to help regulate the banking industry more. This will help give more definitions and clarities to this sector and give more legal help and protections to the bank owners and players.
The DoE is also looking into the economic state and evaluating the economy. I am tasking a task force with assembling a report to ensure the future measures taken are the most beneficial to tackling and growing our economy. This is part of our long term economic plan.

Department Progress
The DoH has had a bit of a fresh start! We hired our new HS, Pearot and Arwwy, who have been awesome so far. We have pushed doctors to do a few more attends than normal. The DoH has been a bit slow this month however, with the new changes we have planned we hope for that to improve over the next few months of this term.
Upcoming Projects
I am currently working with admins for a new, upcoming, and exciting project which will hopefully be released soon. To add to fun and realism, we are adding a few more illnesses that have some new symptoms like blood loss.

Dept. of Public Affairs: Minister Mickichu
Department Progress
We had a good number of events hosted this month. October is always a great month for events, with Halloween being at the end of the month. We had a 'Spooky Halloween Skin competition' that ran throughout the month. It was great to see a lot of players participate in this event, and they all put in great effort into their skin designs. These were then voted on, with the top 3 players having NPC's displaying their skin designs standing on podiums. We then had all participant skins displayed on NPC's plotted around the Halloween plot that was made to the right of Spawn.
Thanks to our Community Manager, Tracefais, we had the 'Trick-or-Treat' doorbell event. There were 15 locations where players had to ring the (cherry-wood) doorbell next to the pumpkin, which would reveal an NPC. They then right-click the NPC to receive a spooky crate. Many players took part in this. We hear it was a success.
Kikochu and myself, (Mickichu), co-hosted a Haunted Mansion hide and seek event. We re-used the same build from the year prior, which we built. We simply added new scary pictures around the mansion. 8-9 players took part in this event and everyone had the chance to be the seeker. The seeker would wait outside whilst everyone had 2 minutes to hide. The seeker would then have 5 minutes to find as many players they could. This event was a success.
Everyone else is actively working on events. Tours are a little less than previous months.
Upcoming Projects
Thanksgiving event soon to come. Everyone within the department are each actively working on multiple events. We hope to have some hosted during November.
The new Tony the Tour Guide is being set up in the new map, as well as the new script. This one may take some time but we plan on our department members have a general understanding on where key locations are in the new map once it opens, so that they can be of assistance to new players.

Dept. of Agriculture: Acting Minister Lunel
Department Progress
The department is slowly growing back up as we have welcomed 2 new rangers to the team (but also let go of some inactive ones). The AS position has been removed once again, with senior members taking over most of their responsibilities. With this change came the promotion of Pink to the senior team, as we’d be needing more help with senior duties. The Ranger positions' monthly requirements have also been amended to include a variety of different tasks from which Rangers can pick from to meet those minimum requirements. This was done since sometimes inactive regions were difficult to find, and the other work that rangers did did not count towards their requirements (like animal abuse reports). We’ve also chosen a winning theme for the wild warp 3 theme (Cherry biome), and Micki has marked the edges of the area we’ll be working on with wool, so we’ll be starting on that soon!

Upcoming Projects
We’ll be commencing the wild warp 3 (Crescent Fields) theme incorporation this upcoming month in conjunction with the highway removal group project in order for Rangers to have a variety of work to do. Also looking into some plugins to make transporting pets less of a hassle, and another to make farming more immersive and diversified.

Dept. of Construction: Minister Doubblekerius
Department Progress
The DoC has begun a transition on Interns to keep the position as a "Learn to promote" route, The process is in a trial currently and so far, adaptation to the process seems to be going smooth. The DOC Is looking for more Interns to higher to teach and grow the DoC!
We have also started setting up a time to do Department events. As well as various projects within the new map have been worked on.
Upcoming Projects
New map - This is the biggest thing DoC does this year and will continue to be! (Multiple projects to do, Requires time and patience)
Focus on Property Inspector and Land office side of the DoC, as currently it has not been needed due to the new map construction, but after the first month of release expectations will be required to help keep Apartments and Plots within the city to standards, this shall be worked on over the month of November to make sure there is a set team to perform the job requirements

Department Progress
- Progress has been made on simplifying processes within the department to reduce the workload for officers when making arrests for example.
- Department management roles have been redefined . Captain is now also the department deputy minister and is responsible for overviewing training and department operations.
- Sergeants are now either responsible for a specific section of the department, for example special operations, or generally lead training and officer overview.
- Work has been made towards moving trainee PO to an exam job. Further progress on this is going to be made in the next few weeks.
Upcoming Projects
- Improving training is something I’d specifically like to work on, to ensure that all department members are fully ready to serve the department they joined.
- To complete and release the exam job (trainee officer) to hopefully increase department membership and improve our activity.
- Work to add more role play options, for example bank robberies and riot training/events.

Dept. of State: Minister Poemhunter
Department Progress
Last month the department focused on delivering the elections for the second council of Ministers. This process we aimed to make as smooth as possible and believed to be a success. The DoS also played a huge role in the inauguration and helped set up and organise the event making sure our guess were welcomed and we had a smooth and timely event.
The Minister also had to focus on some international affairs within the United Nations seeing a member state nation dissolve and eventually leading to the expulsion of the member state. This was very unfortunate and was a complicated situation but it was made clear to our friends that Stratham will always be an ally and we hope to see a return of the nation soon.
Upcoming Projects
The work will ship towards more international relations and partnerships along with sorting out some in house stuff for the future this includes the following:
- Election Timetable and guide for next 2 years for easy DoS Prep and continuation of government
- Development of Special Relationship Treaty with Harlon
