- Elaboration & Reasoning:
Right now, the only way players can talk about cities or ask questions about them is through global, local, or /msg chat. But you may run into problems. For example, two or more players may be discussing city-related things in the Global channel. If the server is busy, though, this may begin to annoy other players. Another player may ask the players discussing city topics in Global chat to move to a Local chat. However, the players are not always in a local area, which makes this impossible. They may also be asked to move their discussion to a private message conversation, but if more than two players were chatting this is extremely difficult. We suggest that each city would receive its own chat channel. However, this would not be totally public as a mayor would have access to add someone to the channel. With this invite, one might either accept or deny it. This would allow mayors to invite residents of the city to the in-game city channel while the entire public would not have to view the channel. As mayors, we tend to agree that this implementation would help the growing cities on BusinessCraft. Thank you.

The plugin doesn't allow me to create channels that players can be invited to or kicked out of. People can always use discord or local/whisper channels for communication. Also I don't think this is really necessary.
