Bill: Rejected Citizen+

A few people may remember in the beta stage of the server when there was a rank called Citizen+. Our proposal is to bring this rank back to commemorate those active, involved members of our community who truly are pieces of our server.

With this addition, we hope to restore the ability to apply for the Citizen+. Players must be nominated by another player, in order for them to be allowed to apply for the rank. The players who apply would use this format:

Username:
Age:
Time played on server (/playtime):
Why you should be a Citizen+:
What makes you special:
The community member nominating you:


The requirements for this rank would be:

1. You must have joined over two weeks ago

2. You must have over 24 hours playtime.

The rank would get an in-game suffix saying [C+] that, when hovered over, would say “Citizen+” as well as two sethomes.

The playtime should be boosted in my opinion. Also, how do you regulate how many players get nominated in a certain amount of time?

I disagree with this and don't think this should be brought back for the following reasons:

1. First and far most, adding this rank may add some bugs to people taking exams. Fixperms works in a way that it readds the user to the Citizen group, so if a potential C+ would be taking exams and something would go wrong, fixperms would not be helpful to them thus requiring an intervention of one of the owners
2. The rank in the beginning was created to give beta testers extra motivation to stay on the server and to test out more features as well as serve as a rank between Citizen and Moderator to stop people from applying for the position due to inexperience, which happened a lot prior to the rank's installment. The server has not only improved significantly but also the requirements for the position have changed not requiring the position to exist.
3. The extra home would limit the donor benefits, which might result in less donations received on which we highly rely on to have the server up and running.
4. Any suffixes players have would give out "Member of Parliament" as an overlay message
