This forum shows the height restrictions there are around the Capital City, set by the Department of Internal Development. You can also see which plot regions must follow a specific theme. Property Inspectors can report city plot regions that do not follow these guides.
City Plot Height Restrictions
Players must follow the height marked for each city region as shown in the map below. For any exemptions, players must contact the DoID Minister.
City Districts Theme
Players must follow the theme of the districts: Chinatown - is to follow a Chinese build style, The Capital area - is to follow a Neoclassical build style. Players can contact a Constructor for advice on their building to ensure they are following the style.
