Department Progress
This month, the Department of Economy has worked on several projects, some of which in conjunction with other departments. Together with the Department of Construction, we have worked on prices for the new government mall and we have also developed an updated price list for DoC pastes, including every block in Minecraft 1.16 to Minecraft 1.19. With the Department of Health, we have worked on allowing low-income players to request a healthcare plan. We are currently working on it, with the plan of making it more useful and accessible. We have developed a tool that keeps track of every item that has ever been sold on the market. We called it "CPI Tracker" and, finally, we also made some extensive changes to private banks to make the banking sector more relevant. We have requested to staff the extension of pruning tax to the central bank.

Department Progress
Throughout November the DoH was able to announce StratCare which is a project that allows new players and any player with a balance of 15k or less to get a discount on remedies. Both the Deputy Minister and new Hospital Secretary were informed and trained about their new jobs. Currently we are working on updating the doctor exam and guide so that with all the new changes coming to the DoH it will be more up-to-date. We have also been working hard on adding the new Paramedic role which will soon be announced. We had some slight issues with activity within the department's members but I am working to find a good way to fix it. We also added 2 new channels to the discord (these will be used to help doctors with StratCare).
Upcoming Projects
- Paramedics - Paramedics is an add-on to the Doctor role (it will be its own role) and only a few doctors from all time zones will be chosen for this job. This consists of a player using the /911 command to call for a paramedic and the paramedic will go get the patient and drive them to the hospital.
- Blood Drive - for doctors to get vaccines we sometimes have to have blood from a player. Doing a blood drive once in a while we can get what we need, and in return players can get a certain amount of krunas as a thank you for donating blood. Will be released with the new map.
- Rentable Pharmacies - This project has been worked on for about a month and will be released with the new map. This will allow Pharmacists to rent a pharmacy spot inside the hospital. The Department of Health has also communicated with Mayors and this will be added to all other hospitals & clinics.
- GP (general practices) - these will be a small group of doctors who will help run the hospitals in other cities or towns. GP's are still being discussed but they will be required to report to an HS, a Mayor, or a Minister before doing anything too big. They will also host conferences in the hospitals to teach people about becoming a doctor and encourage them to take it.
- Trainee Doctor - this will basically be a "new doctor" role that will go away once they are trained and they finish a quest. This role will be fully discussed once the new map comes along.

Department Progress
Not as many events as we had during the month of October, but we have many upcoming events for the Christmas period. We have been working more on events that can be ran over a 1 week period, so that players of all different time zones can attend when most convenient to them.
We still have good attendance in our events. Working on more ways to advertise these events.

As mentioned above, we have a ton of events coming for December. As it'll be the month of Christmas, we have looked back on some old popular events the department has hosted for Christmas and will be reviving a few of those, as well as bringing out some new ones.

Department Progress
From investigating and analyzing the department, a lack of activity has led to a decline in certain roles within the department. Agriculture Secretary has mostly been affected by this, and in the aim of improving activity and increasing productivity rates in the department, the role was merged into the Ranger role. This has resulted in a significant increase within the department and a new objective drive for the rangers. The 'Parks of the City' project was released and currently being worked on. Senior members are working on the new Animal shelter - an ongoing project since last term. New guides have been worked on and will be released soon as well as training.
Upcoming Projects
More 'Parks of the Cities' will continue throughout this term. No major projects to be released anytime soon. We are focusing more on the new Ranger role and duties of that role - after having removed the Agriculture Secretary role. The Animal Sanctuary is being worked on currently allowing a larger range of animals to be adopted mainly using NPC's for players to adopt. This sanctuary will stretch over more land than the current animal shelter however will be located were the zoo is located in Capital.

- Pasteprice updated with new blocks and prices
- Department events, something we hold each month to keep up with morale
- Work started on several projects, with construction interns assigned to a mentor
- New Land Officer rank in game
- Clarification on property laws, working on this with Parliament
- Massive progress on the new Jail
Upcoming Projects
The continuation of ongoing projects: Department buildings, apartment district, new DoJ jail, new University. These projects are being worked on and will be pasted in the new map.
Additional Notes
We're looking for active property inspectors, as well as construction interns! We'll be needing more help once we begin moving to the new map.

Department Progress
We hired 2 new employees with 1 promotion. Internal affairs now has a sergeant again. The department handbook was finished and released to all officers. Personnel files have been brough back for efficient communication between management and officers. 1 internal affairs investigation was completed this month which led to the dismissal of one police officer.
Upcoming Projects
We look to train our trainee officers so they can soon be ready for the full role of police officer as the term is coming to an end soon.

This month, the DoS has been working on a numerous of things from the check list of our last monthly report. Below will be comments informing all on the checklist and updates for the coming months and the continuing work of the DoS.
o Department discord clean up - This has been planned and will soon be executed. Management will finalise what is staying and going, and what needs to be added and cleared up.
o Employee Review
o Guidelines for the entire department - These two have been grouped together and are in the final stages. Guides will be posted in the coming weeks, which will then lead to the follow up meetings with the members of staff in the DoS.
o Conducting a report - [ classified ] Completed
o Examining legal problem - [ classified ] Completed
o New foreign policy direction- Draft stage
o Team Meeting - One meeting held and further to be scheduled for new map.
o Applications final review and acceptance or denial - Completed
o Towns individual meetings and responses to queries - Completed and ongoing
Upcoming Projects
The DoS has been working on these areas with great care and will continue to ensure a good quality of work within the department. We are currently handling a special election which will conclude in the next day. We will be taking a new and careful approach to foreign relations and will examine this on the meeting of the Draft proposal. The DoS is adamant to continue on the path of recovery and clean up as well as take bold steps in new and emerging sectors with new ideas and fresh energy.

When the new map is released, the DoS will be looking to increase department members to help with the transition of towns.
