Business Registration Guide
Welcome to the Business Registration Guide. This guide is going to help you understand the process of becoming a Business Owner!
Requirements:
In order to become a Business Owner, you must first meet all of the requirements:
A Discord account you actively use and can be reached at.
If you meet all of these requirements then you’ll be able to apply to become a Business Owner.
Approval of Registration:
In order to get your business approved to become a Business Owner, these are some of the points that we are looking at:
Ensure there is no required information missing from the questions.
When we review, we're looking for quality. You don't have to be extravagant with your answers or over the top but please make sure to answer the questions.
Business Registration Application:
In order to make a Business Application Registration, make a new thread in the Business Registration subforum with the following format.
Title: (Username) | (Business/Company Name)
Business/company Owner Name:
Co Owner's [ If Applicable ]
Services Provided:
Discord Username:
Discord Link for Business [ If Applicable, Note; it is recommend you have a business discord ] :
When a Business Application is approved, then the Discord shall also be approved. The DoE will review all aspects of the Application before approving.
Logging Changes to Company after Approval:
When logging changes Business owners need to use the Small F-0A form below, post a reply to your Business Application. Please let us know regarding any changes in terms of Ownership and services change.

What Happens if I Merge or Get Bought out?
Merging: If you are merging your company with another company, close out both businesses with the E-1 form and make a new business registration with both business owners or multiple business owners.
Bought out: If your company is being purchased fill out the E-1 form on your business registration, We will then close out your current business. The Purchasing Business’s Owner must log the changes to their company regarding their acquisition using the E-2 form.
Can I lose my Business Registration once achieved?
Yes, however only for specific reasons. Breaking laws such as the Failure to Report Modernization could lead to the possibility of your Business Application being revoked. If your Business Application is revoked or closed, your Business Owner qualification will be removed as well.
