I recommend you add what it actually does or what the companies it parents do, i.e., is it real-estate, Funding, Banking, Retail or if its everything, at least say it does a little bit of everything.

There is no set minimum wage, and the people who I hired are no longer active. I hire people kind of as contractors now.
