Elaboration & Reasoning:

1. Provide free treatment to lower class( citizens who have less than 500 krunas)

What would benefit from this: Lower class citizen, citizens who just start/joined server, doctors

Most doctors already don't charge any fees... and if somebody literally can't afford a bandage for a FleshWound someone online would most likely give them the money, if the doctor was a charging doctor.

This could be a good idea but as Slime said, this wouldn't work because doctors don't make people pay for visits anymore. Doctors usually help patients for free, and when they don't the prices are very small, and overall is a problem with in it's self.
