Correct me if I'm wrong, but it seems like the ministers of this server have alot on their plate in terms of work. What if we introduced a Sr. Minister who continues to run things and maybe two or three assistant ministers that are their to help with the day to day stuff.

A Minister should not be divided into "assistant" Minister its kinda like Seniors like Sr EM

This. Sr. [Aqua Job] is basically assistant minister. They manage and moderate lower tier department members but don't have a role in the executive branch.
