Punishment for Trespassing (7 Ayes | 2 Nays)

Elaboration: A punishment for trespassing has been implemented and the following punishments will be issued if players trespass on private property of other players:

• First offence: A warning
• Second offence: A warning and a k50 fine
• Third Offence: 15 minute jail time and a k100 fine.
• Fourth Offence: 20 minute jail time and a k250 fine

How would someone know that its private property? may i suggest implementing a line that says "there has to be a written warning to indicate that the land is private." So a home in the suburbs might have a sign at the front and back of their property saying "no trespassing" or "do not enter"

A home in the suburbs is always considered private so that's already an indicator that you shouldn't trespass.

In addition, the player whose property was trespassed on, must provide evidence that they asked the person who trespassed to leave twice.

In a vote of 7:0, Parliament has resolved that:

This law would acknowledge Fences with “No Trespassing” signs as the only warning needed before appropriate actions can be taken. If the player takes the time to get over the fence then they are committed to breaking the law and no other warning is needed.
Fences must be at least 2 blocks tall and have “No Trespassing” Every 10-15 blocks. Signs must also be clearly visible (No hiding signs behind trees, etc)
