Quick Fix The New Town Bill The Parliament of the Republic of Stratham enacts:

Section 1. Short Title
(1) This Act may be cited as "Town Constitutional Amendment Act"

Section 2. Commencement
(1) This bill shall be enacted upon its passage and signature

Section 3. Reasoning
(1) It is a small clarification to some of the wording of the bill to avoid legal confusion. Doesn't change anything with towns, purely a legal wording change.

Section 4. Fix
(1) The line "Any laws that reference towns are hereby repealed." Is repealed from law, and any effects that line are reversed to before its enactment. Following this, a new line is introduced into law that reads:
(2) Any laws that contradict the towns section constitution are repealed.
